Enrolled at the University of California - Davis, with a graduation date of June 2024, I get to take a glimpse into the world of innovative technology.
I was exposed to technology at a very young age. As a kid I couldn’t resist but think about how a computer or a mobile phone works. It started with a Lenovo computer my family got and then the iPhone 4, which my father got in 2011. This curiosity later changed into a passion and I started learning Java at the age of 13.
I was surprised by what I could do by writing a few lines of code, that too sitting at home. This is when I realized that code and technology was something that I would enjoy as long as time goes. So here I am studying Computer Science with the same passion I had since I was a kid.
I've got big dreams but coding is just one half of it. Utilizing the plethora of resources available and building valuable and impactful products that everyone can enjoy using is the other half. I strive to work with people, understand their needs, and deliver a product that best suits them.
I believe that being a Product Manager or Software Engineer is the optimum path to help me fulfil my desire of creating meaningful products that drive change.
Experimentation, trial and error, and failures are the only way to success.
I believe that trying new things and learning from failures helps me reorganize my thoughts and adds clarity to the picture.
I value having a growth mindset as it widens my perpesctive and makes me handle failures better.
Enjoyment. I think it is vital to enjoy what you do because it makes you open to new ideas and you don't feel forced to do anything.
I am just starting out in the world and learning from mentors, colleagues, and peers is essential if I want to create something big; and learning never stops.
